Mediterranean Yacht Charter
The Mediterranean in summer is one of the most beautiful places on earth. It is also one of the most crowded — if you are traveling the conventional way.
Charter a private crewed yacht and a different Mediterranean emerges. Coves accessible only from the water. Anchorages with no one else in sight. Dinner on deck as the sun drops behind the hills above Positano. A Croatian island village you will never find in a guidebook because the only way to reach it is by sea.
Adventure By You arranges Mediterranean yacht charters — crewed motor yachts, sailing yachts, and catamarans — for clients who want the coast on their own terms.
Where to Charter
Positano, Capri, the Cilento coast. The most dramatic coastline in Italy, best experienced from the water. Capri from a private yacht is a completely different experience than Capri from the ferry.
The Cyclades (Santorini, Mykonos, Paros, Naxos), the Ionian Islands, the Dodecanese. Greece has over 6,000 islands — a crewed yacht is the only way to experience them properly. We design itineraries around your preferences, not around charter industry defaults.
Cannes, Antibes, St. Tropez, Monaco. The Riviera by yacht is the Riviera as it was meant to be experienced. We arrange berths at the best marinas during peak season — which require relationships to secure.
Dubrovnik, the Dalmatian Coast, Hvar, Korčula, the Kornati Islands. Croatia has become one of the Mediterranean's most sought-after charter destinations. Crystal water, extraordinary food, relative seclusion compared to the Italian and French coasts.
The Turquoise Coast (Bodrum, Göcek, Fethiye). Traditional wooden gulets and modern motor yachts. Some of the most beautiful and least crowded anchoring in the Mediterranean.
Mallorca, Ibiza, Formentera, the Costa Brava. Balearic charter is exceptional in May–June and September — before and after the peak season crowds.
Vessel Options
The most popular choice for Mediterranean charter. Air-conditioned cabins, multiple decks for outdoor living, speed to cover distance between destinations. Ranges from 60 to 200+ feet.
For clients who want the authentic sailing experience. Quieter, more intimate, more reliant on wind and weather. Often the most beautiful vessels on the water.
Exceptional stability, wide deck space, and shallow draft for anchoring in coves inaccessible to monohulls. Popular for families and groups.
Traditional Turkish wooden sailing vessels, particularly suited to Turkish and Greek waters. Distinctive character and excellent value.
What's Included
A fully crewed yacht includes the vessel, the captain, a chef, and deck crew. The chef provisions and prepares every meal on board — breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner — to your specification and dietary requirements (including kosher provisioning on request). The crew manages navigation, anchoring, water toys, and every operational detail. You live on the yacht; they handle everything else.

Questions & Answers
June through September is peak charter season. May and October offer excellent weather with fewer crowds and better pricing. July and August are the busiest months — particularly in the Greek islands and French Riviera.
Yes. We brief the chef on all dietary requirements in advance and can arrange sealed certified kosher products to be provisioned at the embarkation marina. For fully kosher provisioning, we arrange this with the crew and confirm the approach with every client individually.
For peak July–August dates on popular yachts, eight to twelve months in advance is recommended. May, June, and September are more flexible — sometimes two to three months is sufficient.
The charter fee covers the vessel and crew. Additional expenses (called APA — Advance Provisioning Allowance) typically cover fuel, provisioning, marina fees, and port taxes — usually 25–35% of the charter fee. We explain all costs clearly before any booking is confirmed.
Yes — and we arrange this as part of the full itinerary. Many clients fly private to Nice, Naples, Athens, or Dubrovnik and board their charter yacht on arrival.
